I stopped by the job site today and there were my guys with their Screw Products kit out attaching a post on the front porches that we are currently working on in a condo complex. I couldn't help but take a few pictures of your screws on the job site. I just thought you may enjoy seeing them. I just wanted to take a minute and THANK YOU and your staff for always being there for us. We had an incident a couple of weeks ago and needed some “white headed” C-Deck screws. You didn’t carry that particular color. This was unusual as nearly every time we have called looking for a “different” or “specialty” screw you usually have it or can get it. Your extremely cordial and efficient manager – Kate – was very apologetic and asked if she could call me back. With-in 30 minutes I had received a call from her indicating that she was currently making some to get me through the next day and would have them shipped out by the afternoon’s shipment for arrival to me in the morning. At the same time she had placed an order for us in her regular order of colored screws being made back east to follow the one’s she had just made. That incident made me think of the many times we have needed something special or even anything you carry and have ALWAYS been greeted with kind, courteous, swift and efficient staff as well as fast and timely deliveries. Added to this is perfect service is being able to purchase these exemplary screws for usually less than the going price. We have been asked several times by your competitor’s to try their brand and we have tried them all. I am not allowed by my three crews and sales staff to purchase any other screw than your C-DECKS. |

I have been using the Star Drive screw for over 20 years for my business and personal projects. Once I started using the Star Drive screw, I immediately threw out my Square and Phillip’s Drive screws. Screw Products, Inc offers a much needed variety of different size screws and Star Drives for different applications. I find myself using more of their Star Drive screws than nails in my building projects. I also use their assortment of cabinet screws for finish carpentry. Working with these screws makes for a more efficient, quicker job because you never have to pre-drill before inserting the Star Drive screw. I use the larger lag screws from Screw Products Inc. when building log homes, instead of the conventional lag bolts. I also use the star drive exterior lag screws for deck applications, instead of nails. I will never go back to any other screw; Screw Products Inc. offers the best screws available.
